Inner city location, friendly staff, close to shops and restaurants and taxis. Walking distance from Corniche.
Grubby walls, bedspreads, Rundown appearance. No restaurant or breakfast room.
Comfortable, good location and a few bullet holes on side walls. Staff friendly + helpful, would return again.
old, unhelpful and rude staff, very basic, should lose any star rating
It met my expectations considering choices available on a last minute booking on a busy weekend, its reasonably priced accomodation in a good location. I was not looking for luxury or facilities so was happy enough with my stay.
If i had paid more for the room i might have criticised the decor and that the street noise was not kept out by the windows.
It was most enjoyable because the hotel is very central and good value for money.
The carpet was a bit dirty.
The location was the best aspect of the hotel
honestly i thought Booked.net is affiliated with high quality hotel. it was not a good sta and not worth the money. the bathroom was very bad. the service was below par and we couldnt even bring our friends up to sit with us for a while. the whole experience was not worthwhile and i reccomend that Booked.net has no affiliation with this hotel.
The only good thing about the hotel is the location because it is right on Hamra, but that also makes it very noisy. The windows of the rooms don't even close so you hear all the noise. The drivers in Beirut can't drive without honking, that is what you hear all night.
I stayed here for one night because the hotel across the street, The Plaza, couldn't extend my stay for one more night because they were sold out. But the Napoli was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. I tried to leave and find other hotel, but everything in the area was sold out because it was New Years Eve weekend. The room was dirty, furniture in bad condition, walls were cracked and needed paint. There was a really weird smell in the room that made me almost sick.
was the worst hotel i stayed.
cleaning of the room, blanket and bathroom was dirty. room was smelling.
I just liked the location of hotel.Rooms was very bad and dirty...
Hotel rooms was not same with the pictures.Rooms and baths was very dirty and smelling.
Nothing, terrible hotel. The worst hotel I have ever booked using Booked.net.
Bath drainage was not working, bathroom floor was always flooded with water. Damaged walls, seems not painted since the end of the war. Bed sheets were not changed during my 5 days stay. Towels were old and they will give you 1 towel for 2 persons. Hotel has to be removed from your offer.
No room service, no TV, no bellboy, I wonder how this facility is classified as Hotel!!!!!
The hotel has an excellent location. Unfortunately the hotel requires a lot of investment to improve the services. There would be no problem with the hotel if it would be indicated as a two star property. I can recommend the hotel to anybody, just it worth keeping in mind, it is a budget accomodation with quite expensive nightly rate...but on overall, other accomodation is also expensive in Beirut. Enjoy your stay in Beirut, as the city is beautiful!
the services in hotel very poor and i recommend it to remove it from your website ...
For the first time in our long travel history, we met a hotel staff so friendly and helpful! They went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and made sure we got everything we needed. Abdullah even negotiated taxi fares to go to the other side of the country! And nobody ever expected anything in return. We don’t understand the people here complaining about not getting enough towels, because they would’ve gladly given us the entire hotel stock. Because the hotel is situated perfectly on Hamra street, there is a certain amount of traffic noise, but in our opinion it’s not intrusive and you’ll hear this kind of noise everywhere in Hamra. The AC was free and we even got a discount on the extra nights we booked here.
The big bed, the aircondition and the tv programmes!
the bathroom need serious renovation, lot of damages..
